As a sport, track and field is equally enjoyed by boys and girls. Our coaches are certified with USATF (USA Track & Field) with the ability to provide your athletes with high level training. Time: 7:45 - 11:30 AM (drop off no earlier than 7:40 AM; pick up no later than 11:45 AM). All finishers of a kids run receive a finisher's medal. The courses usually are 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k, and 5klong depending on the athletes ages.
